This singing/tuning pyramid is made from Quartz, comes with a striker and we have embellished it with colourful ribbons. Use it for meditation, clearing or tuning a room, starting a circle, in a healing practice, with your crystals, etc. It has a beautiful clear soothing tone. Much like a crystal singing bowl, lightly strike it while turning it with the striker then let it unwind which gives it a different tone. When doing this you can hold it over the body and slowly move it to get energy moving.
