Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you are not happy for any reason with the crystal you received , please call 403-270-0410 or email us within 3 days of receiving it. We will take it back in its original condition (unless otherwise stated in listing or a final sale item). Your money will be refunded to you minus original shipping costs. Any shipping costs to return the item(s) will be at the customers expense.

We strive to have as excellent pictures, explanations and measurements as possible to show the crystal as if it was in front of you. Your happiness and experience you have with Soul Food Crystals is our priority.

Q. Do you sell gift certificates?
A. Yes, we sell gift certificates in any denomination and they never expire!

Q. Do you do special orders?
A. Yes, we do special orders. Give our staff your order, name and phone number, and we will contact you when the item comes in. If we do not stock it, we will search our suppliers to see if we can find it for you.

Q. Do you have a layaway plan?
A. We use payment provider Sezzle. Pay in 4 equal payments over 6 weeks and you receive your items right away. No waiting.

Q. What forms of payment do you take?
A. In the store we take cash, Debit, etransfer, Visa, MasterCard and Sezzle. Online we take Visa, MasterCard, etransfer, Paypal and Sezzle.  

Q. What currency are the prices in?
A. All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars.
