In this 1-hour interactive workshop, children will:

• Learn what crystals are and how they can support calm, focus, and intention
• Discover simple ways to clear and program their crystals
• Take part in a guided crystal meditation to gently connect with a crystal
• Express creativity and reflection through a take-home workbook

Each child receives:

• Three crystals
• A handmade crystal pouch
• A workbook to continue their learning at home

This workshop is designed to be age-appropriate (ages 6–12), nurturing, and empowering, encouraging mindfulness, imagination, and self-confidence.
