In this class you will learn about Quartz, Carbon and Tibet. We’re going to talk about “the ring of the sun” or Shambhala which is also known as Shangri-La (a magical world that exists inside our planet, the doorway of which is on Mt. Kailash) which is very close to where Tibetan Quartz comes from. We will be doing a journey to Shambala meditation during this class.
