Rhodochrosite has wavy bands of varying colours of pink. It can be a very soft looking crystal to quite vibrant. It can be accompanied by grey or black spots or bands as well as Pyrite and sometimes Siderite. Rhodochrosite often gets mixed up with Rhodonite. Both are pink stones, however Rhodonite can have quite a bit more black with it. They are definitely two different crystals with very different energies.
