In this meditation series, we'll be starting with the basics with foundational meditation practices to quiet the mind, calm the emotions, and become more grounded in our inner being. These practices are ideal for those new to meditation as no experience is necessary. Experienced meditators will be able to review the basics and receive additional pointers for taking their practice deeper. All experience levels are welcome.
