In this meditation series, we'll be learning to move more fully into the present moment both during meditation practice as well as in daily life. The power of presence is profound. Learning to become rooted in presence can bring more peace, ease, and joy to your life, as well as to more fully awaken your intuition and deepen your connection to your being. In this three-part meditation class we will learn meditation techniques for entering presence in meditation and for accessing it moment-to-moment in our lives. Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.
