Q. What is your return policy? A. If you are not happy for any reason with the crystal you received , please call 403-270-0410 or email us within 3 days of receiving it. We will take it back in its original condition (unless otherwise stated in listing or a final sale item). Your money will be refunded to you minus shipping costs.

Q. Do you sell gift certificates? A. Yes, we sell gift certificates in any denomination and they never expire! Q. Do you do special orders? A. Yes, we do special orders. Give our staff your order, name and phone number, and we will contact you when the item comes in. If we do not stock it, we will search our suppliers to see if we can find it for you.
Q. Do you have a layaway plan? A. Yes, we have a layaway plan. We ask you put down 25% of the total cost of the item and pay it off within three months of the original layaway date. Only 3 items per layaway, no adding to existing layaway and once the layaway has been paid in full a new one can be started.
Q. What are Gratitude Points? A. Gratitude Points is our gift to you as a valued customer. At the time of purchase, for every $25 you spend, prior to goods and services tax (GST), you collect 25 points, when your Gratitude Point account reaches 250 you receive $25 off your next regular priced merchandise purchase. We are sorry it does not include readings or classes and we can only credit your Gratitude Point account at the time of purchase.
